App connection problems

  1. I am continually having "app disconnected" errors. I have changed the cable and tried in several different locations. is there something that i can try that could help the app stay connected?
     
  2. Quickest and easiest would be to try a different device. If the problem is still there and you have tried different cables the only thing left would be the controller itself. Since this is a hard wired connection different locations would be irrelevant.

  3. That's what I suspected also. I ordered an RCA Voyager with android 6 on it. I'm hoping that works better. I'm out of cash for a while, so it's a last effort for now.
     
  4. Didn't think of this before but one more thing you could try is uninstalling and re installing the app
