MAPPING WITH EVO

Discussion in 'General' started by Arnsteinke, Jan 9, 2019.

  1. Has someone by any chance used the information collected by Evo to make a 3D map?

  2. Also Interested in reviving this question. Any 3d mapping support for EVO in the process?

After talking with area drone SMEs, I found that the photos from an EVO are suitable for direct import to the Microsoft ICE program found here:

It turns out that MapsMadeEasy.com can create an even better quality rendering in 2D and a low resolution 3D. More detail, including the process I used may be found here:

  4. Both Pix4D and Drone Deploy will produce 3D. Tested P4P and Evo 2 Pro with same flight parameters, very similar results.
