X star premium repair

  1. My xstar basically started almost a year ago having problems launching. It wouldn’t hover until the third or fourth try. Fast forward to now. I updated all the firmware as requested and still the same thing so I send it in for repair. I get the bill back saying it’s 217 bucks because the motherboard has been damaged due to a crash. The drone has never ever been crashed, not even tipped over. It’s barely been flown in the last year. The report stated it was crashed on 9/5/18. That date was the first time I had attempted to use the drone in months. What would you guys recommend? I am currently waiting on a call from them. The drone itself is spotless.
  2. Something in a log file created on that date is telling Autel that you crashed. I would start by asking what that is maybe some how it got bumped or jarred. Then I would ask Autel if they can pull up a log file around the time that you suspect your problems started.
